Thanks Matt, the client attraction stage is the big thing. With relatively low client numbers I’m able nurture and provide relevant & specific information. I look arrange phone or in person meetings. So attracting clients who can identify with a specific or range of personal (to them) challenges which I’m able to demonstrate I can solve is perhaps the primary focus for me at the prospect acquisition point. I hope that makes sense:)
Thanks Matt, yes that’s right. Regarding leads it’s both really! I certainly want to generate more of the right niche/ quality prospects. In short there are 2 distinctly areas; general enquiries which I have a good process for ( but could be improved) the biggest challenge is taking colder leads through the funnel. The sales process can sometimes be quite long, so whilst a well placed offer can work to get someone over line. It’s not very strong for those who are researching etc, hence I need advice about funnel building for regular front of mind contact plus education and industry authority. Does that make sense? The final stage of the sales funnel is the action that you're intending them to perform. In most cases this is the purchase. Again, how well you move them through the various stages is going to set you up with a specific conversion for this action. For example, if 100 people click on your offer and 10 people enter your sales funnel but only purchase people purchase, then you have a 2 percent conversion.
When I first wrote this article in 2011, I mentioned how the marketing copy for Crazy Egg’s heat-mapping feature could have been stronger by better explaining how the tool helps customers to increase conversions. While this information is clearer now thanks to the detailed visuals and simple copy layout that allows the reader to skim and scan — it could be better by explaining a bit more.
I’ve checked out a few of Russell Brunson’s content, on youtube, and he seems to really know his stuff. To be honest, at first I was skeptical and thought he could be a fraud but then I had a read of his book. I just knew that I was hooked and wanted to learn everything that I could from Russell Brunson because he definitely convinced me that his teachings can help anyone to build a profitable business on the backend of the sales funnel.
